operates with voltage rated inputs of 110VAC or 220VAC. The connection of an external compressed air supply is not required. The durable, maintenance-free bio sealing heads are connected to the controller cabinet with a 2 meter cable. The Bioline sealer have a built-in safety lock feature to prevent them from being opened once a sealing cycle has been initiated. Seals Tubing
Bio Seal H+ is capable of sealing tubing including EVA, EVA/PVC coextrusions, and PVC tubing.
It can be used with CryogenicFreezing Bags. Seal time is an automatic 1-2 second seal time.
Mobile
The Tube Sealer Bio Seal H+ has a power unit with batteries and a control unit monitored by microprocessor. The
unit comes with a battery charger as well.
Easy to Use
Simply place the tube between the sealing Jig and close the leaver. The Buzzer will turn on when sealing begins and
off when it is complete. Remove the tube after one additional second. Anti-spark and overheat protection in the
system is provided to avoid damage to tubing. Easy to remove sealing head cap (splash guard) for quick cleaning
